As promised I'm back with session 2! Follow along with these quick but effective exercises that involve no equipment and minimal time to maintain that summer beach body (that doesn’t mean it’ll undo any vacation overeating).
It doesn’t matter what order you do the workouts in. These quick bodyweight exercises will help you to stay in shape and bikini ready all Summer long. No equipment is needed and they can be made into 4 or 10 minute routines so you can do them anytime, anyplace, no excuses! During sunset on the beach, on your hotel balcony, poolside, in the park with friends, wherever you feel like it.
Simply watch the video so that you know what each exercise involves and then just screenshot or save the workout plan below so you have it on your phone to look at whenever you want to workout.
There are 2 options as to how you do these sessions, you can choose which one you want to do. Reps are done faster than normal to get the heart rate up.
Perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.
Perform as many reps as possible in 1 minute and rest for 30 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.
Total Body Workout
Session #2 20:10 or 60:30
Warm-Up (brisk walk/light jog/jumping jacks, neck, shoulder and arm circles)
Step Back Lunges
Sumo Squat Static Hold
Narrow Push Ups
Plank With Level Changes
Ab Double Leg & Arm Stretch
Squats Down The Stairs
Cool Down (Static stretch chest, triceps, quads and butt)
