Toned Triceps Without a Gym
Triceps seem to be a problem area for a lot of women so rather than hiding them, why not give them a little TLC with a few Tricep dips. If you can’t find a bench to do these on you can use a sofa, secure chair that won’t topple over, bed, ottoman or the floor.
Start with your legs either bent and your feet planted flat on the floor or to make it harder extend the legs so they’re straight on you’re on your heels.
Keep your butt close to the bench and hands as close to your body as possible with fingers pointed forward.
Slowly bend your elbows to a 90*angle and then straighten the arms slowly, this is 1 rep.
Tips on How to do Tricep Dips
Aim for 4 sets of as many reps as you can do to failure, rest 30 seconds between sets.
Remember to do a few arm circles to begin with to warm up and to stretch your triceps afterwards.
